ORDERS & PAYMENTS
The simplest way is to place an order through our online store. However, you can also contact customercare@jupiter10.com and one of our team will be able to assist you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay for your order using Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
Payments on our website are processed securely by Shop Pay, who are a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Your card data is not stored, and your contact information is encrypted.
Yes, in the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia you can pay in four instalments with Clearpay
All prices are inclusive of VAT, our company VAT number is GB 258 7102 94.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Sample orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class post. Roll orders are processed and dispatched within 14 to 21 working days via tracked & signed courier service. Please allow the following delivery times after your order has been dispatched: UK 1-3 days / EU 5-7 days / USA & Canada 5-10 days / Rest of the World 7-14 days. You will receive the tracking reference via email once the order has shipped.
All wallpaper orders are shipped via Internationally recognised couriers, and costs vary depending on each territory. All samples are sent via UK Royal Mail 1st class post.
Shipments outside the UK may be charged custom duties and other local taxes. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel, this also applies to trade and wholesale customers.
When it comes to import procedures, we advise you to always contact the local customs for further information. Also, our logistics partner will be in touch if more information is needed for freight forwarding. The Harmonized System (HS) code of our standard non-woven wallpaper is 4814200000.
All UK roll orders are shipped via TNT or DHL. All EU roll orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated. All International roll orders will be shipped via FedEx, unless another service has been requested. All samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post.

All our shipments are insured. If something happens to the products in transit, the logistics company and Jupiter 10 will process your claim.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original wrapping and packaging. More information can be found here
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities.

Please state your order number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
Please note that all bespoke, contract and vinyl products are non-returnable. Your statutory rights to refund or exchange still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described.
We do not accept returns on samples
We will make every effort to ensure you receive exactly what you have ordered in perfect condition, however if you receive a faulty or damaged order please inform us immediately, or anytime up to 14 days of receipt by email to returns@jupiter10.com
Please include your order number in all communications. Once the damage is verified we will arrange a refund or exchange.
WALLPAPER
Our wallpapers are standard UK roll size 52cm (21") wide by 10m (11 yds) long – these are also called Metric single rolls or Bolts. This is twice the length of a standard American single roll.
Each design has its own repeat measurement, this will affect how many rolls are required. Use our wallpaper calculator tool to quickly find out how much wallpaper you require for your space. We always advise adding 10-15% extra for pattern matching and trimming.
It’s important to note that our wallpaper is printed in batches, so slight variations in colour may occur between batches. Therefore, we recommend ordering all the rolls you’ll need at once. If you require wallpaper calculation assistance, please contact us at customercare@jupiter10.com
Our standard non-woven wallpaper is suitable for slightly humid areas and has been used in kitchens, washrooms and WCs. However, we do advise that it is kept as dry as possible, with adequate ventilation. We don't advise installing wallpaper where there is direct contact with water, behind taps or near a shower, but there are clear wallpaper sealants you can apply for added protection. Alternatively we can provide any design on vinyl which is more resistant for areas with humidity.

Our wallpaper is a ‘paste the wall' product. A premium quality 'paste the wall' solvent-free, fungicide protected, light grade adhesive should be used, we recommend UHU, Solvite or similar brands. Do not use self-mix adhesives.
Our fine grade coated non-woven wallpaper complies to EU Fire Rating EN13501 Class B S.
Type I and Type II vinyls with ASTM E-84 Class A fire rating are available on request. For more information click here
We don't currently offer this product.
Yes, we can re-colour and adapt pattern size of any existing design. We can simply match colours through any colour system such as Pantone, RAL, NCS or any other non-standard reference you may have. Please contact us to discuss bespoke@jupiter10.com
There is a one off charge of £90 per colourway but this is waived on orders of 4 rolls or more of the colourway. You can either approve the artwork digitally via email, or a 52cm x 52cm paper sample can be provided at £50 inc delivery.
Lead time for bespoke products, vinyls and products with commercial coating is 3-4 weeks.
Our wallpapers are made with fibres from sustainably managed sources, free of glass fibres and PVC. With UK & Europe renowned for its strict environmental legislation, our wallcovering suppliers are subjected to stringent and regular checks, aiming to prevent or reduce air, water and land pollution in all stages of their industrial process.
We are active, on several fronts, in our efforts to reduce the environmental footprint of our products. Our wallcoverings are made with fibres from sustainably managed sources, free of glass fibres and PVC.
At the printing stage, the cutting-edge digital printing technologies we have adopted are much more efficient in water and energy usage than conventional screen printing methods; and more importantly, waste is reduced to a minimal. There are no pre-press stages between the digital document file and the final print, so there is no need for, film plates or photo chemicals avoiding the need for toxic solvents and further harmful byproducts upon ecosystems or the environment.

SAMPLES
Sample orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class post.
UK mainland sample orders will arrive in 2-5 working days.
International sample orders can take up to 2 weeks.

It depends on the pattern, samples are either A4 or A3. You will find this information on every pattern's product page.
A3 samples are sent folded in half so that the envelope can fit through a standard letterbox.
We aim to restock samples within 10-14 days when out of stock.
We are unable to provide larger samples.
No, we don't have sample books to purchase. All of our samples are available as individual memo sheets.
TRADE

You will be contacted via email within 48 hours to let you know if your application has been accepted.
Trade accounts can be opened by interior designers, architects, hospitality industry and procurement agencies.
We offer all designs on vinyl for contract and hospitality use that meet Class A ASTM E-84 fire rating.
Lead time for bespoke products, vinyls and products with commercial coating is 3-4 weeks.
Our trade discount will be disclosed once your application for a trade account has been accepted.
All trade accounts are proforma.
Once your trade account is approved there are no minimum requirements. However, trade discounts are adjusted accordingly to quantities ordered.

A wholesale account is for retailers and agents who would like to stock and sell Jupiter 10 products in a store or showroom. A trade account is opened for industry professionals working on residential and commercial projects.
