Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Sample orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

Roll orders are processed and dispatched within 14 to 21 working days via tracked & signed courier service.

Outlet orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours via tracked & signed courier service. 

Lead time for bespoke products, vinyls and products with commercial coating is 3-4 weeks.

Please allow the following delivery times after dispatch: UK 1-3 days / EU 3-5 days / USA & Canada 5-10 days / Rest of the World 7-14 days.

Please be advised that these are guidelines, delivery times may vary depending on stock levels. A customer service representative will be sure to advise you on expected delivery time related to your specific order.

UK orders are shipped via TNT or DHL. EU orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated. International orders will be shipped via FedEx, unless another service has been requested.  

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive automated tracking information to your email address with the reference number and where to track.

We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown.

Non-UK customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original wrapping and packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that all outlet, bespoke, contract and vinyl products are non-returnable. Your statutory rights to refund or exchange still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described. 

All products should be inspected prior to hanging. No claim can be accepted after wallpaper has been cut and hung, our responsibility is limited to the cost of the replacement wallpaper.

We do not accept returns on samples.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST: 

  1. Send us an email to returns@jupiter10.com within 14 days of receipt. Please provide the following information:

    • State your name, address, date of purchase, order number and items purchased (product name and quantity)

    • Indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund, and the reason for the exchange or refund.

  2. Send us the product within 14 days.

  3. To make a return or exchange we need to receive the product back in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition, in its original wrapping / packaging.

  4. Refunds will be given only after we have received and inspected the product. You must send your returns using a recorded or signed for service, and retain the proof of postage.

  5. We will advise on the returns address via email.

Faulty Products

We will make every effort to ensure you receive exactly what you have ordered in perfect condition, however if you receive a faulty or damaged order please inform us immediately, or anytime up to 14 days of receipt by email to returns@jupiter10.com 

Please include your order number in all communications. Once the damage is verified we will arrange a refund or exchange.
